I have been eating curries for over 60 years, and cooked my first curry 30 years ago. I always cooked a Ceylon curry using my Mum's recipe until 3 years ago, when I decided I wanted to try some of the favourites that I would choose when I went to an Indian Restaurant. I was surprised how easy some of the recipes were.

Takeaway Style Curries to Cook at Home
I have tried to make my curry recipes as easy as possible and as quick as possible to cook. Most Indian Restaurants and Takeaways use a base gravy and pre-cooked meat in order to turn them out as quickly as possible - in as little as 10 minutes. None of my easy curry recipes use a base gravy but many can still be cooked in less than 30 minutes.
